What data do we process?

The full name, company, email, phone and message content you provide through the forms on our website and via WhatsApp/email; for companies using our products, account and usage records.

For what purpose?

To assess your request, contact you, send you a quote, conclude and perform the contract, and fulfil our legal obligations.

Legal basis

The grounds set out in Article 5 of Law No. 6698: explicit consent, the conclusion and performance of a contract, legal obligation and legitimate interest.

Who do we share it with?

We do not share it with third parties except where required by law. The hosting and email infrastructure providers we use to deliver the service may access the data only for this purpose and under a confidentiality obligation.

How long do we keep it?

For as long as the purpose of processing requires and the legislation provides; at the end of that period it is deleted, destroyed or anonymised.

Your rights

Under Article 11 of the Law, you have the right to learn whether your data is processed, to request its correction or deletion, to object and to claim compensation for damages. You can send your requests to info@sophiras.com.
