Account and data deletion

What is this page for?
It explains how to request the deletion of your account and data in the apps developed by Sophiras Software and Technology (Sophiras Yazılım ve Teknoloji). Apps covered: Mağazabulut, Sahabulut, Randevubulut, Menübulut, Mesajbulut, Pano and Pano Player (web, iPhone, Android and Android TV).
Request deletion of your account
- Write to info@sophiras.com from the email address registered to your account.
- Write Hesap silme (account deletion) in the subject line.
- In the message, name the product (e.g. Randevubulut) and your company.
- We verify that the request is yours; if needed, we ask for a short confirmation from your registered email address or phone.
- We delete your account and data within 7 days and confirm by email.
Deleting all of a company's data
If you are a company administrator, you can request in the same way the deletion of your company's account and all data entered into the product. Only a company administrator can make this request. If you wish, we help you export your data before deletion.
What is deleted?
- Your account information: name, email, phone, password hash, sessions and devices registered for notifications.
- If the company is deleted, all data entered into the product: users, customer records, products, orders, appointments, menus, visits, timesheet and location records, WhatsApp conversation records, screens and designs.
- Uploaded files: images, videos and photos.
What is kept, and for how long?

These records are not used for any other purpose and are deleted when the period ends.
Deleting some data without deleting the account
You can also request the deletion of specific data without closing your account (e.g. a customer record, a former user or message content stored in Mesajbulut). Write to info@sophiras.com with Veri silme (data deletion) in the subject line and say which data you want deleted; we complete the request within 7 days in the same way. Company administrators can also delete many records themselves in the panel.
If you are a customer or employee of a business
If you ordered from a restaurant, booked an appointment at a salon, shopped at a store or your employer opened an account for you, your data is kept on behalf of that business and the business is the data controller. Send your deletion request directly to that business; we support the business in fulfilling it. If you cannot reach the business, write to info@sophiras.com and we will pass your request on to the business.
